Four goals for Aguero as Manchester City thrash Leicester
Sergio Aguero scored four goals for English Premier League leader’s Manchester City in a 5-1 drubbing of Leicester City.
The first goal of the match came early in the first half when De Bruyne curved a pass in front of the goal for Raheem Sterling to convert. Jamie Vardy equalized when he scored from a run and shot from outside of the box.
Aguero’s goals all came in the second half keeping City 16-points ahead in the table. De Bruyne assisted both the first and second requiring a simple tap in then a tight angled shot from the right. Aguero’s hat-trick came from a Schmeichel error when a weak pass to a defender was intercepted by the Argentine who quickly hit the back of the net. His last goal was the best, a sensational strike from outside the box.
Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez came out of exile but sat on the bench after his move to Manchester City collapsed.
